Business Change Manager

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a change plan.
  • Regular face to face engagement with staff impacted by the change.
  • Work in partnership with key stakeholders to identify issues that need to be addressed to ensure successful delivery of change.
  • Coach managers to lead and manage the change agenda by improving the people capabilities of their teams.
  • Identify any resistant to change and people related business issues and propose solutions to deliver the cultural changes.
  • Maintain the development and engagement strategy with the employees affected by the change.
  • Key stakeholder engagement with HR, Health and Safety and TUS representatives to deliver optimum solutions for the staff impacted by the change.
  • Work in collaboration with other managers across all functions for the good of DVSA and to create a high performing and well-respected Agency.

About You

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following experience:

Experience supporting and implementing change initiatives, applying change management principles to deliver successful outcomes across projects and business areas.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience gaining buy-in, developing internal communications, and managing resistance to change.

Ability to support organisational transformation, helping teams adapt to change, delivering benefits, and contributing to projects that impact multiple business functions while aligning with DVSA's objectives.
