Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, and training activities to support successful rollout and user adoption. Document business process changes, operating model impacts, and ensure BAU support readiness. Maintain governance artefacts including RAID logs, adoption metrics, and readiness reporting to support go/no-go decisions.
