Your New Role

As a Business Change Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of this transformation. You’ll apply change management methodologies across multiple workstreams, conduct impact assessments, and develop tools to support communication, training, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and governance boards to ensure change is embraced and sustained, helping embed new technologies and ways of working across the organisation.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Proven experience in change management within complex environments, ideally involving systems and data projects
• Strong knowledge of change frameworks and methodologies
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and manage resistance effectively
• Proficiency with project tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience in impact analysis, training needs identification, and adoption tracking
