The Network & Acquiring Solutions team at American Express powers global payments, working across business units and with key industry stakeholders. We tackle critical challenges like securing online transactions and driving innovation in payment solutions. The Network & Acquirer Solutions team is modernizing our payments network with products like Debit, QR, Tokenization and Account to Account payments, enabling expansion into new markets, customer acquisition, and regulatory compliance.

Role Overview: As a Business Architecture Senior Manager for Network and Acquirer Solutions you will define the future business capabilities of the Payments Network in Global Merchant Network Services (GMNS). You’ll work with business partners to understand strategic goals, analyse the associated business capabilities and determine opportunities for re-use or transformation. You’ll solve complex problems, assess alternative solutions, and design innovative deliverables that align with strategic goals. You’ll also build relationships across teams, influence stakeholders, and present insights to senior leadership.
