Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional support and business architecture expertise across SAP UK Payroll solutions.
  • Support multiple clients within a shared services/AMS environment.
  • Manage and resolve payroll-related incidents, service requests, and change requests.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand payroll requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
  • Support Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll) and SAP HCM Payroll operations and enhancements.
  • Analyse business processes and recommend improvements to payroll and HR technology solutions.
  • Ensure payroll processes comply with UK legislation and statutory requirements.
  • Participate in testing activities, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Support payroll-related projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Technical, and AMS support teams.
