Summary: The Business Architect (SAP UK Payroll) role involves providing functional support and expertise in SAP UK Payroll solutions while managing payroll-related incidents and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance payroll processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support and business architecture expertise across SAP UK Payroll solutions.
- Support multiple clients within a shared services/AMS environment.
- Manage and resolve payroll-related incidents, service requests, and change requests.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand payroll requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Support Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll) and SAP HCM Payroll operations and enhancements.
- Analyse business processes and recommend improvements to payroll and HR technology solutions.
- Ensure payroll processes comply with UK legislation and statutory requirements.
- Participate in testing activities, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support payroll-related projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Technical, and AMS support teams.
