Key Responsibilities:
- Leading design and technical architecture for loans and banking accounts, focusing on scalability, resiliency, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Developing solutions and designs that align with business goals and enterprise architecture strategies.
- Collaborating with project managers, product owners, and business analysts to align solutions with business requirements and risk controls.
- Translating business requirements into comprehensive architectural designs for successful solution implementation.
- Advising business and product teams, supporting technical delivery and innovation in the banking landscape.
- Making decisions about suitable technologies for projects and challenging vendor solutions for alignment with organizational strategy.
- Driving consistent, innovative solutions that meet strategic and operational goals for current account and core banking functions.
- Designing and facilitating end-to-end solutions, defining integration patterns, and ensuring efficient processes aligned with business needs.
Key Skills:
- Deep knowledge of core banking systems, with platforms like Temenos Transact being a plus.
- Proficiency with data technologies, including real-time data streams and batch processing.
- Ability to assess and manage risks related to solution design and delivery.

Also, to ensure it aligns with the overall business and IT strategies, by translating business requirements into actionable technical designs and maintaining the current and target state architecture.
