Business and Program Management Leader

Summary: The Business & Program Management Leader will be responsible for driving the development of new tools and processes within a pharmaceutical company on a 12-month contract. This role requires expertise in project management methodologies to ensure successful project execution and stakeholder engagement. The leader will facilitate effective decision-making and communication across teams to realize project value within set timelines. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and managing multidisciplinary teams is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the business and project teams to develop new tools and processes.
• Scope, plan, and execute projects using appropriate project management methodologies.
• Enable team norms and effective decision-making while driving project progress.
• Ensure awareness of project impacts across the wider business, identifying concerns and opportunities early.

Key Skills:

• Over 7 years of experience in leading IT and business solution delivery.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical environment is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering projects in complex and regulated environments.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
