Summary: The Business Analyst role focuses on leading data-driven solutions within a large-scale Data Modernisation programme, specifically for the Cars Order and Agent Modernisation project. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and continuously improve key capabilities from the Capability Heatmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and manage comprehensive product requirements from initial discovery to stakeholder sign-off.
- Lead stakeholder engagement through effective workshops, translating complex problems into structured recommendations.
- Drive the creation and validation of detailed PRDs, capturing workflows, future designs, functional requirements, and success metrics.
- Maintain understanding of capability health, pain points, dependencies, and opportunities for roadmap prioritization.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with a background as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Proven experience in using data insights to inform business decisions.
- Familiarity with AI applications for developing business ideas and domain concepts.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools and techniques, including Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to work independently with high autonomy, managing end-to-end product requirements.
