Summary: The role of Business Analyst (Transformation) involves supporting a Local Authority's Transformation Team in Liverpool as they embark on a significant transformation programme. The successful candidate will focus on enhancing customer experience through process improvement and business analysis practices. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of best practices. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring three days in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with the business to review complex service processes and identify improvements
- You will lead on embedding a business improvement way of working at all levels and demonstrate the value of working in this way
- You will ensure that our business analysis practices are reviewed regularly to make sure they're still fit for purpose and in line with industry best practice
- You will work on business cases to ensure that our projects and programmes are delivering best practice
- You will support our Assistant Business Analysts to help them successfully achieve their work objectives through sharing your knowledge and expertise.

A Local Authority in the Merseyside area are actively seeking a Business Analyst to work within their Transformation Team.
They are embarking on an exciting transformation programme of unprecedented breadth and scale. As a result, we're expanding our Transformation Team and are looking for a Business Analyst to support on our Customer Experience programme.
Agency Contract | Location: Liverpool, L2 | Rate: £340 - £450 per day | Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
