Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, analyse, and prioritise business requirements.
  • Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional scope to create specification for solutions.
  • Research to identify potential solutions; testing the market through an RFI or RFP process; evaluation of proposals against the original requirements to ensure capability of delivering the business benefit.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Assist the project team in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Skills:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience in process modelling and mapping.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and Business Intelligence applications.
  • Exposure to working within a regulated or Financial Services organisation.
  • Experience in managing projects or working within project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL).
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Project management skills are a plus.

You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and technological solutions.
