Summary: The role of Business Analyst focuses on supporting the upgrade of an investment Back Office system from R22 to R24, ensuring that existing processes remain intact through regression testing. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to assess impacts, map processes, and document compliance requirements. This is a 6-month contract role with a hybrid working arrangement in London, requiring one day per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Impact Assessment - understand end to end business process working with the Investment & Asset Ops LOBs and MF vendor and highlight the impacted processes that will need focused testing or redevelopment
• Process Mapping - Map out the detailed critical process, interfaces and reports and interdependencies for each LOB. Capture which one of the impacted process are met by standard functionality, and which one would need to be rebuilt or configured by MF vendor, interface workstream or reporting workstream
• Dependency Mapping - Map the impact as a result of other initiatives and changes during the life cycle of the project
• Produce Functional & Non-Functional documents for compliance purpose and update JIRA board with the business process acceptance criteria required for testing
• Support development life cycle of business change plan for critical processes, interfaces or reports
• Keep configuration tracker updated during the project testing phases and update support runbook
• Support QA team to document the test cases and acceptance criteria for regression packs that can be used for future upgrades
• Develop detailed day in a life Runbook and support parallel run prior to upgrade

Key Skills:

• Experience with Temenos Multifonds or similar investment operations systems
• Strong understanding of regression testing methodologies
• Ability to conduct impact assessments and process mapping
• Proficiency in producing functional and non-functional documentation
• Experience with JIRA for tracking and documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
