Summary: The Business Analyst / Technical Analyst (BA/TA) role focuses on collaborating with Cyber, Security Operations Center (SOC), and Technology teams to develop AI-enabled cybersecurity capabilities. The position requires translating operational challenges into actionable requirements and ensuring solutions are user-friendly and effective. The role is hybrid, requiring three days on-site in either London or Sheffield, and is classified as inside IR35. The contract duration is six months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Cyber, SOC, and Technology stakeholders to understand operational problems and identify AI-driven solutions.
- Translate business and operational needs into detailed, clear, and testable requirements.
- Define success measures and key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI-enabled cybersecurity capabilities.
- Work closely with development and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and compliance standards.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of AI solutions to ensure usability and control.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain alignment.
- Document processes, requirements, and outcomes to support governance and audit needs.
Key Skills:
