Summary: The Business Analyst / Technical Analyst (BA/TA) role focuses on collaborating with Cyber, Security Operations Center (SOC), and Technology teams to develop AI-enabled cybersecurity capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Cyber, SOC, and Technology stakeholders to understand operational problems and identify AI-driven solutions.
  • Translate business and operational needs into detailed, clear, and testable requirements.
  • Define success measures and key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI-enabled cybersecurity capabilities.
  • Work closely with development and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and compliance standards.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of AI solutions to ensure usability and control.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain alignment.
  • Document processes, requirements, and outcomes to support governance and audit needs.
