Summary: The Business Analyst role at a top-tier law firm involves supporting a strategic transformation program across Business Development, Marketing & Communications, Human Resources, and Finance. The analyst will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive improvements and ensure alignment with the firm's innovative culture. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering through workshops and stakeholder interviews, translating needs into clear documentation.
  • Map current vs future state processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for system and process improvements.
  • Conduct vendor assessments, manage RFP processes, facilitate demos, and build scoring frameworks to support selection.
  • Translate functional requirements into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
  • Collaborate with internal Technology and Procurement teams to ensure both technical and commercial alignment.
  • Support planning and migration strategy for Finance’s transition to Aderant Sierra/Stirdyn cloud.

Key Skills:

  • Strong business analysis experience, including process mapping, documentation, and solution scoping.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with an ability to extract and refine detailed business requirements.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and HR platforms, ideally with vendor evaluation experience.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and cross-functional delivery.
  • Proficiency in presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
