Summary: A leading international transportation client is looking for a Supply Chain Business Analyst to facilitate a transformation of its multi-depot maintenance network. The role involves analyzing current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing new digital tools. The position requires strong communication skills and fluency in both French and English. This is a 6-month contract role with a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and document existing supply chain processes across multiple depots.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies and systemic improvements (AS-IS processes).
- Lead workshops with internal teams and external depot/warehouse partners.
- Produce clear current-state and future-state process maps.
- Deliver recommendations and an implementation action plan.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in supply chain process analysis (ideally rail/transport).
- Strong vendor/multi-site operations knowledge.
- Skilled in process mapping (Visio/BPMN).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluency in French & English is ESSENTIAL.

What you’ll do
- Analyse and document existing supply chain processes across multiple depots.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies and systemic improvements. (AS-IS processes)
- Lead workshops with internal teams and external depot/warehouse partners.
- Produce clear current-state and future-state process maps.
- Deliver recommendations and an implementation action plan.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in supply chain process analysis (ideally rail/transport).
- Strong vendor/multi-site operations knowledge.
- Skilled in process mapping (Visio/BPMN).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- French & English speaking is ESSENTIAL.
This is an initial 6-month contract role which provides a daily rate of £700 (Outside IR35). In terms of working structure, this will be hybrid with 4 days per week between our clients London and European sites and one day working from home.
