Business Analyst
Location: Corsham (1 day per week on-site)

Our defence client has a requirement for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. This role is integral to change and transformation initiatives within the company, and requires a professional with security clearance to manage and assess critical business projects.

• Manage the intake of initiatives through the front door
• Clarify business problems, needs, and objectives
• Conduct initial assessments to align with strategic goals and programme roadmap
• Document and validate initiatives by working with stakeholders and users
• Identify gaps and risks in proposed initiatives
• Engage with Solutions Development Authority, stakeholders, and business change teams
• Define outcomes, user journeys, value streams, and the definition of done
• Support prioritisation and continuous improvement processes

• Understanding of change and transformation within the defence sector
• Security clearance is mandatory
• Experience in managing business initiatives from intake to execution
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to document and validate business requirements effectively
• Proficient in identifying gaps and risks in business initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Capacity to support and drive continuous improvement processes
