Summary: Seeking a hybrid Business Analyst / Scrum Master with extensive experience in financial services to lead strategic technology and process initiatives. The role involves requirements analysis, Agile delivery leadership, and cross-team coordination within a regulated banking environment. The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, leading Agile ceremonies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory controls. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather/document requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories).
- Create process flows, use cases, AS-IS/TO-BE models.
- Conduct gap analysis and support solution design.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Banking, Lending, Risk, etc.
- Support UAT, defect triage, and documentation (SOPs, RTM).
- Lead Agile ceremonies: Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retros.
- Ensure backlog readiness with Product Owner.
- Track/surface Agile metrics (Velocity, Burndown, Cycle Time).
- Remove impediments and enable smooth team delivery.
- Ensure compliance with US regulatory and audit controls (AML/KYC, PCI, SOX).
Key Skills:
- 7-10 years BA + Scrum Master experience in Financial Services/Banking.
- Strong Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, BPMN, user stories.
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart, ADO.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement.
- Certifications: CSM/PSM, CSPO/PSPO, CBAP/CCBA, SAFe.
- Experience in digital banking, cloud, APIs, or data migration.
- Knowledge of US regulations (AML, KYC, PCI-DSS, SOX, FFIEC).
