Summary: The role of Business Analyst - Salesforce involves collaborating with sales, service, and marketing stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into actionable requirements for technical teams. The position is based in London with a hybrid working arrangement and is initially for a duration of six months. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales, Service & Marketing stakeholders to identify and analyse business needs.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable stories for the technical team.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to align priorities and outcomes.
- Lead business analysis efforts for CRM projects, ensuring alignment with organisational and department strategy.
- Support other BAs on the team by coordinating efforts and sharing best practices.
Key Skills:
- Experience working on Salesforce CRM system and/or Sales processes.
- Ability to make a difference to internal users.
