Business Analyst - Salesforce CRM
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a major transformation programme focused on improving client onboarding and CRM processes for our banking client.
Key Requirements
- Strong Business Analyst experience on technology or business change programmes.
- Proven Salesforce CRM experience.
- Excellent requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
- Experience improving business processes and workflows.
- Ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders.
- Experience supporting testing and UAT activities.
- Financial services/banking experience
What You'll Be Doing
- Gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand current processes and identify improvements.
- Supporting Salesforce CRM enhancements to improve user experience and data quality.
- Defining requirements for system integrations and data feeds.
- Supporting workflow automation and process optimisation initiatives.
- Assisting with testing and successful delivery of solutions.
