Summary: The Business Analyst (Risk) role involves supporting the organization in achieving strategic objectives by identifying business requirements and solutions to address various business challenges. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs, as well as conducting feasibility studies and supporting change management activities. The role is based in Knutsford and is classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements.
• Development of business requirements to address business problems and opportunities.
• Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs.
• Support the creation of business cases justifying investment in proposed solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions.
• Create reports on project progress to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of solutions.
• Creation of operational and process designs for proposed solutions.
• Support change management activities, including development of a traceability matrix.
• Consult on complex issues and provide advice to People Leaders.
• Identify risk mitigation strategies and develop new policies/procedures.
• Take ownership of managing risk and strengthening controls.
• Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources.
• Communicate complex information effectively to stakeholders.
• Influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
