Summary: The Business Analyst role at Tesco Bank, facilitated by AMS, focuses on enhancing governance and improving control models within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the delivery of governance frameworks and control improvements.
- Creating and maintaining documentation packs, status updates, and high-level plans.
- Gathering and analysing business requirements, ensuring alignment with governance goals.
- Identifying and monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and track key milestones.
- Managing and maintaining RAID logs and project artefacts.
- Preparing reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
- Coordinating and supporting governance meetings, including ad hoc calls and follow-ups.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of risk, controls, and governance processes.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Experience managing RAID logs and project reporting.
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and directors.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
