Summary: The Business Analyst role focuses on delivering change initiatives within the Current Accounts Change Team, specifically in the areas of retail banking, payments, and customer journeys. The position requires eliciting and documenting business requirements while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The analyst will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, creating necessary artefacts to support solution design and participating in Agile delivery processes. The role is based in Knutsford with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within the Current Accounts Change Team to deliver change initiatives across current account propositions, payments, and customer journeys.
• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements from Epic through to User Story level, ensuring regulatory and compliance alignment.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure clear, prioritised, and high-quality delivery.
• Create artefacts including As-Is / To-Be process flows, wireframes, and impact assessments to support solution design.
• Support Agile delivery through active participation in sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and prioritisation.
• Ensure adherence to Barclays governance, audit, and control standards using JIRA and related tooling.
