Summary: The role of Business Analyst involves developing business, functional, and user requirements for IT systems, with a focus on the user requirements and user acceptance testing (UAT). The selected candidate will need to report to the office in Harrisburg, PA at least once a month. Candidates should have experience in the Child Welfare or Human Services field and possess strong communication skills. IIBA certification is also required for this position.
