Summary: The role of Business Analyst/Project Manager involves leading project teams to deliver technology solutions with a focus on process automation and stakeholder engagement. The position requires strong Agile project management skills and the ability to analyze business problems to propose effective solutions. The candidate will coordinate with stakeholders and development teams while managing project governance and reporting. This is a contract position based in London, UK, classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and engage with stakeholders and development teams to analyze and deliver control solutions.
- Take a consulting approach to understand business problems and propose functional/technical solutions based on industry best practices.
- Identify, analyze, and plan user stories for developers to implement.
- Implement IT project governance, risk management, RAID logs along with consistent and accurate reporting.
- Act as point of contact for interactions with different teams.
- Responsible for consolidating requirements in the backlog before scoping and scaling into the detailed planning process.

Required Skills and Expertise
- Strong Agile project management, business analysis and solution delivery skills with strong grounding in technology and data. Previous experience of using agile methodologies (Scrum, Jira, User stories etc.) is a must have.
- Experience of structured problem solving, As-Is / To-be analysis, and data analysis.
- Ability to lead project team members and contribute to the overall delivery.
