Summary: The role of Business Analyst/Product Owner focuses on enhancing the Payments Experience within a financial services context. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements while managing product roadmaps and backlogs. This is a hybrid role based in Farnborough, with an initial contract duration of 12 months. The ideal candidate should possess experience in the payments sector and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult product stakeholders to understand business drivers and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Work with Product Managers to evaluate the Product Roadmap to identify features for development and define "definition of done" for each feature.
  • Lead robust, fast inceptions to identify scope, value, and solution, and own prioritized actionable backlogs.
  • Elicit, capture, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other technical documentation.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in the Payments space.
  • Experience in SAFe Agile or Agile Scrum is a plus.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills to ensure comprehensive end-to-end considerations.
  • Ability to define key features, specifications, and requirements based on market input.
  • Experience in creating project timelines for work sequencing.
