Summary: The Business Analyst/Product Owner role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define IT system requirements and specifications for effective implementation of IT solutions. This position serves as the primary liaison between business and IT teams, focusing on gathering and analyzing requirements to deliver both functional and non-functional specifications. Role:

The Business Analyst/Product Owner collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to understand business objectives and defines IT system requirements and specifications for the implementation of IT system solutions. The Business Analyst/Product Owner will serve as the primary interface between the business and IT teams to gather, document and analyze all level of requirements with the emphasis on delivering functional and non-functional requirements to solution architects and IT teams.

Candidates will:

  • Collaborates with all stakeholders to elicit, analyze, specify, and gather business, stakeholder, and solution requirements. This will include assisting and/or contributing to the creation of documented requirements.
  • Creates functional and non-functional requirements based on stakeholder requirements including business, IT and recommended best practices.
  • Develops an understanding & expertise of the business, application, and data domain they are assigned.
  • Conducts or participates in peer reviews of business, stakeholder, and solution requirements.
  • Defines scope as they flow from business stakeholders to development teams in an iterative release process.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
