Summary: The role of Business Analyst/Product Owner focuses on managing the product backlog and ensuring the delivery of treasury-related products for an insurance client on a 6-month contract. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to align product priorities and monitor product health. The candidate should possess treasury process experience and a background in insurance. The role is hybrid, requiring two days a week on-site work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owns and maintains the product backlog and is accountable for its contents and prioritization.
  • Lead and/or attend sessions with users, customers, SMEs, to gain thorough understanding of the product, immediate opportunities, and long-term direction.
  • Partner with User Experience to ensure the products delivered strike the right balance between intuitive, simple, cohesive, and complete.
  • Monitors and maintains the product health and designs additional monitoring to support enhanced understanding of product health.
  • Analyzes and reports on feasibility, cost of delay ramifications, economies, or other aspects of planned or potential changes to the product.
  • Drives alignment with stakeholders to understand the impact of regulatory, compliance, and other industry constraints on other products in the portfolio.
  • Contributes to the development of the portfolio vision and the creation of a product vision.
  • Ownership of multiple digital products, accountable for articulating value and outcomes derived through investment in the digital product.
  • Backlog management with product delivery team.
  • Contributes to the articulation and definition of the work deliverables for the product.
