Summary: The role of Digital Business Analyst focuses on supporting the delivery of digital banking products and platforms by collaborating with business, product, and technology teams. Key tasks include gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and improving customer journeys. A strong background in Retail or Challenger Banking is essential for success in this position. The engagement is initially for three months and requires a hybrid working arrangement in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and process requirements
- Map and analyse current and future state processes to identify improvements and efficiencies
- Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for agile delivery teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and collaborate with product and technology teams
- Support the delivery of digital banking platforms including mobile and online banking
- Assist with backlog management, sprint planning, and UAT support
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Retail or Challenger Banking
- Strong experience in process mapping and process improvement (eg, BPMN, workflow diagrams)
- Experience delivering digital banking products or platforms
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and requirements documentation skills

Required Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Retail or Challenger Banking
Strong experience in process mapping and process improvement (eg, BPMN, workflow diagrams)
Experience delivering digital banking products or platforms
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent stakeholder management and requirements documentation skills
Desirable
Experience working on digital transformation or customer journey improvements
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
This is an initial 3 month engagement working hybrid in London paying £500/day Outside IR35.
