Business Analyst – Private Equity - Contract (Outside IR35) - London (Hybrid)

My client, a leading private equity organisation is hiring a hands-on Business Analyst to join their change management function in London on an initial 6 month contract – outside IR35.

You will be at the heart of transformation across fund services and fund control, shaping end to end processes, documenting new processes using BlueWorks or equivalent tools and working directly with senior stakeholders to overall enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong private equity / investment management background as Business Analyst
  • Understanding of Fund Services / Fund Control - such as deal lifecycles & transaction processes
  • Proven experience in business process modelling & documentation – ideally BlueWorks experience (and with workflow tools such as Monday.com)
  • Strong analytical and detail-orientated approach
  • Confident, proactive, and not afraid to challenge when required
