Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidates will be part of a team of change professionals working with stakeholders to deliver a wide range of strategic projects to improve the quality of our services for our supporters, volunteers and staff. Projects and programmes at the RNLI are varied, and we are looking for all round business analysis experience. Some of the benefits Salary £41,242 - £48,520 (dependent on experience) Flexible working 26 days’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays Outstanding pension scheme (contributions of up to 16% of basic salary) Life assurance Health and dental cashplan Your Role As a Business Analyst, you will be tasked with focus on the following areas: Work across the RNLI at all levels, to gather, document and analyse functional and non-functional requirements which will be used to help define the scope and deliverables of strategic projects Utilise business analysis tools and techniques including workshop facilitation, process mapping and requirements prioritisation Support project stakeholders and teams to influence, develop and deliver strategic change within the organisation Identify, analyse, and respond to project risks, pre-empting potential issues and in some cases challenging the design and development community to work towards solutions Input into continuous improvement initiatives to improve the maturity of the BA team at the RNLI About You To be considered as a new Business Analyst you will need: Strong experience as a Business Analyst working on projects throughout their lifecycle Good end to end requirements management understanding, with experience in writing requirements documentation Strong communication skills to build good relationships with our key stakeholders and customers To be a team player who is highly self-motivated and able to work independently Good problem-solving skills and a flexible approach To be a logical and analytical thinker that can quickly evaluate information and identify key issues Experience in testing and test script writing A good level of MS Office knowledge If you’d like to be part of the team that provides many of the functions to support multiple strategic projects in the RNLI and support our organisation’s aim to save every one, please apply via the button shown.
