Summary: The Business Analyst/PM role at a Tier 1 Investment Bank focuses on enhancing the control framework to mitigate market disruption risks within the Global Market Disruption programme. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including regulators, to implement strategic solutions and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in Front Office environments and a strong understanding of various product classes. This is a contract position with a duration of 9 months, with the potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Business and Market Risk to implement strategic solutions for the firm.
• Deliver on key externals commitments to the regulators.
• Liaison and clear communications with external parties, including clients and regulators as appropriate.
• Support the Markets Transformation Program Manager with complex change in heavily regulated environment.

Key Skills:

• A clear understanding of regulated change programs and fast paced regulatory responses.
• Knowledge of Front Office market structure and trade flow across a range of markets trading products.
• Knowledge and experience of structured project management techniques in a front office environment.
• Experience of managing projects which impacts the firms control structures.
• Experience of managing projects impacting front to back control measures.
• Knowledge of global markets trading products (Fixed Income, Equity, Currencies & Commodities) and/or securities services (Prime, Collateral, Clearing, Custody, Fund Services).
