Summary: The Business Analyst role focuses on supporting an acquisition programme for a major UK retail bank, specifically in migrating retail customers to banking services. The position requires expertise in Planview LeanKit and AWS cloud-based services, with responsibilities including stakeholder management, requirements capturing, and UAT testing. This is an initial 6-month contract based in London with a hybrid working model. The role is offered through an umbrella or PAYE engagement model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the acquisition programme by migrating functions and customers across retail to banking.
• Demonstrating excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Capturing requirements and supporting the full migration on internal systems.
• Conducting UAT testing, creating test scripts and developing test plans for UAT.
• Holding scrum calls and managing risk issues, RAID logs, and tracking plans.
• Contributing to BA meetings and act as a liaison between tech, finance, and other teams.
• Understanding system architecture and AWS cloud-based services.

Key Skills:

• Experience with AWS cloud-based services.
• Good experience in project roles with exposure to Planview LeanKit.
• Experience conducting UAT testing, creating test scripts and developing test plans for UAT.
• Experience holding scrum calls, managing risk issues, RAID logs, and tracking plans.
