- Demonstrable experience in KYC as a Business Analyst
- PEGA Certification
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- BPSS eligibility
Nice to have:
- Working knowledge of PEGA- Smart Dispute/Smart Investigate
- Immediate availability
- Previous public sector experience
- AWS Certification
