Summary: The role of Business Analyst focuses on supporting a major financial services programme, specifically requiring expertise in Payments and Capital Markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse business requirements
- Produce high-quality business and functional documentation
- Map end-to-end payment and settlement processes
- Define functional specifications and payment workflows
- Support system, integration and user acceptance testing
- Work closely with business users, operations, technology teams and external stakeholders
- Support delivery of payment and settlement-related change initiatives
Key Skills:
- Proven Business Analysis experience within Financial Services
- Strong Payments and/or Capital Markets background
- Requirements gathering and documentation
- BRDs, FRDs and User Stories
- Process mapping (As-Is/To-Be)
- Trade lifecycle knowledge (T+0, T+1, T+2)
