Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyse business requirements
  • Produce high-quality business and functional documentation
  • Map end-to-end payment and settlement processes
  • Define functional specifications and payment workflows
  • Support system, integration and user acceptance testing
  • Work closely with business users, operations, technology teams and external stakeholders
  • Support delivery of payment and settlement-related change initiatives

Key Skills:

  • Proven Business Analysis experience within Financial Services
  • Strong Payments and/or Capital Markets background
  • Requirements gathering and documentation
  • BRDs, FRDs and User Stories
  • Process mapping (As-Is/To-Be)

We are supporting a major financial services programme and are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Payments and Capital Markets experience to join a high-performing delivery team.

This role is ideal for a Business Analyst who has worked across trade settlement, payments, clearing, custody or post-trade environments and is comfortable working with both business and technology stakeholders.
