NHS & Clinical Application Working Experience
Application - Front/Back End design understanding
Analytical Skills: Turning raw information into insights.
- Reading specs, SOPs, audit logs, operational policies.
- Reviewing system outputs (reports, logs, data extracts).
- Identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities.
- Understanding patterns, trends, and anomalies.
- Using Excel, SQL basics, or dashboards to validate findings.
Stakeholder Management Skills
- Active listening
- Building trust
- Able to get clarification & validation
Technical & Tool-Based Skills
- Understanding how clinical systems store, share, and report data.
- Knowing where to pull logs, extracts, or workflow data.
- Understanding:
- data fields and sources
- relationships (eg, patient episode - charting - reporting)
- downstream impacts (eg, EVOLVE, Mediviewer, WinPath)
Documentation Tools
- Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
