I’m hiring a Functional Business Analyst to support a high-growth retail brand through a NetSuite transformation.
Start: January
Duration: 3–6 months
Rate: £465/day (Outside IR35)
Location: 2–3 days/week on-site near Old Street
You’ll work closely with leadership and operational teams to map current processes, shape future-state workflows, and bring clarity and structure to a business evolving quickly from spreadsheets to systems.
This is a hands-on, functional role, not heavy on tech, but deep on context, comms, and transformation thinking.
Key experience:
- Proven track record as a Functional BA in retail or ecommerce
- Strong NetSuite knowledge across core business functions
- Confident mapping and improving operational processes
- Able to guide a non-technical business through change
- Shopify experience is a bonus
