The position involves leading business process reviews, gathering requirements, and supporting major transformation projects. The role requires a hybrid working arrangement with occasional on-site attendance in Ballina, Co. Mayo. Candidates should have significant experience in business analysis, particularly in large-scale transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the review and analysis of business processes and services to drive improvements
  • Gather, document, and manage business requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Conduct feasibility studies and create detailed business models and solution options
  • Assess capability gaps and identify relationships between new and existing systems
  • Produce functional design, process design, and workflow documentation
  • Support project teams with business requirements, process mapping, and design validation
  • Collaborate with developers, suppliers, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Contribute to digital transformation by identifying opportunities to standardize and improve business solutions
  • Support the adoption of Agile and Waterfall methodologies across multiple projects

Key Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Business Analysis role on large-scale transformation projects
  • Formal qualification in Business Analysis or a related discipline (Level 8 or higher)
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, UI/UX design, data mapping, and customer journey analysis
  • Strong understanding of business and digital transformation
  • Ability to articulate the contribution of technology to business objectives
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps environments
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Outlook)
