Summary: The role of Business Analyst focuses on leading large-scale ERP transformation projects within the manufacturing and construction sectors, specifically on global greenfield sites with substantial budgets. The candidate must possess extensive experience in requirement management and traceability, and have a strong background in ERP systems. This position offers hybrid working arrangements and requires a start date as soon as possible, ideally in April. The role is classified as outside IR35, making it an attractive opportunity for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ERP transformation projects on global greenfield manufacturing sites with budgets of £100 million+
- Define and manage the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Ensure ownership of requirements across all capabilities
- Support consistency across ERP, PLM, MES, and related systems
- Collaborate with business and enterprise technology teams
- Provide specific Business Analysis detail reflecting large scale greenfield site ERP transformation knowledge
Key Skills:
- Senior BA / Product Owner experience in large transformation programmes (5+ years minimum)
- Strong requirement management and traceability capability
- Knowledge of greenfield regulation standards
- Experience working across business and enterprise technology teams
- Experience on greenfield site projects in construction/manufacturing
- Experience in large budget projects (£100-£200 million+)
- SAP manufacturing module experience preferred but not essential

My global manufacturing and construction client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with experience of large scale ERP transformation experience within the manufacturing/ construction sectors. This must include working on ERP roll out/transformation projects on global greenfield manufacturing sites with budgets of £100 million+
Essential Skills
- Senior BA / Product Owner experience in large transformation programmes (5+ years minimum)
- Strong requirement management and traceability capability
- Define and manage the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Ensure ownership of requirements across all capabilities
- Knowledge of greenfield regulation standards
- Support consistency across ERP, PLM (Product Life-cycle Management), MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and related systems
- Experience working across business and enterprise technology teams
- Has experience of working as a BA on greenfield site projects in construction/manufacturing
- Has worked in large budget projects £100-£200 million +
- SAP manufacturing module experience is preferred but not essential.
This is an outside IR35 contract that offers hybrid working with 2/3 days a week required to be on site in Dartford. Our client requires a candidate that can start as soon as possible ideally in April.
