Summary: The role of Business Analyst focuses on leading large-scale ERP transformation projects within the manufacturing and construction sectors, specifically on global greenfield sites with substantial budgets. The candidate must possess extensive experience in requirement management and traceability, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires a strong background in business analysis, particularly in ERP rollouts and transformations, and offers a hybrid working arrangement. The ideal candidate should be available to start as soon as possible, ideally in April.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ERP transformation projects in manufacturing/construction sectors.
- Define and manage the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Ensure ownership of requirements across all capabilities.
- Support consistency across ERP, PLM, MES, and related systems.
- Collaborate with business and enterprise technology teams.
- Provide specific Business Analysis detail reflecting large scale greenfield site ERP transformation knowledge.
- Work on projects with budgets of £100 million+.
- Ensure compliance with greenfield regulation standards.
Key Skills:
- Senior BA / Product Owner experience in large transformation programmes (5+ years minimum).
- Strong requirement management and traceability capability.
- Experience working on greenfield site projects in construction/manufacturing.
- Knowledge of SAP manufacturing modules preferred but not essential.
- Experience with large budget projects (£100-£200 million+).
- Understanding of regulatory knowledge related to greenfield site construction.

My global manufacturing and construction client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with experience of large scale ERP transformation experience within the manufacturing/ construction sectors. This must include working on ERP roll out/transformation projects on global greenfield manufacturing sites with budgets of £100 million+
Essential Skills
- Senior BA / Product Owner experience in large transformation programmes (5+ years minimum)
- Strong requirement management and traceability capability
- Define and manage the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Ensure ownership of requirements across all capabilities
- Knowledge of greenfield regulation standards
- Support consistency across ERP, PLM (Product Life-cycle Management), MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and related systems
- Experience working across business and enterprise technology teams
- Has experience of working as a BA on greenfield site projects in construction/manufacturing
- Has worked in large budget projects £100-£200 million +
- SAP manufacturing module experience is preferred but not essential.
This is an outside IR35 contract that offers hybrid working with 2/3 days a week required to be on site in Dartford. Our client requires a candidate that can start as soon as possible ideally in April.
