Xpertise have an urgent requirement for a Business Analyst - Legal, iManage, Intapp, Aderant, to work on a large-scale transformation programme.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven Business Analyst experience within a legal environment/legal services
- Strong understanding of legal business processes, including:
- Conflicts management
- Time recording and billing
- Document and email management
- Experience delivering projects involving iManage Work and iManage Cloud migrations
- Experience working with legal Practice Management Systems, including Aderant and Intapp
- Strong process mapping skills using BPMN, Visio or equivalent tools.
- Demonstrable experience writing business requirements, user stories and functional documentation.
- Proven UAT planning, execution and defect management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Agile
- A good knowledge of MS tools including Copilot
- Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence
