The role will work closely with the Legal department, focusing on Contract Management and ISDA's due to regulatory changes. Essential Requirements:
- Experience working as a Business Analyst on full lifecycle of a project (initiation to close)
- Very strong experience within Legal functions and focused on Contract Management.
- Experience with Trade and Transaction Contracts would be highly beneficial
- Knowledge of ISDA's is needed
- Direct experience within Banking is needed for this role.
- Very strong stakeholder management skills
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
