Summary: The role of Business Analyst KYC Onboarding involves supporting the Faster Onboarding Project for a Financial Services Client, specifically within an investment bank. The position is a 6-month contract based in London, requiring a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving initiatives, managing project activities, and ensuring compliance with governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive initiatives and analysis
- Manage and plan aspects of small change initiatives
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of work undertaken and ensure compliance with clients' AFC project governance standards
- Gather evidence to support the tracking/closure of project activities
- Pro-active management of project activities
- Facilitate meetings, including preparation of materials
- Develop and maintain project documentation
- Communicate information across project working groups, business divisions, and S&E
- Create training material, deliver training, and handle associated administration
- Implement revised/new processes
Key Skills:
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst within an Investment bank is essential
- Previous experience working as a Business Analyst within a KYC/Onboarding project within another Investment Bank is essential
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Good KYC/Onboarding knowledge
