Summary: Our Media client is seeking a Business Analyst with strong analytical skills to support two key projects in IT transformation and Software Asset Management (SAM) environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in gathering functional requirements and a solid understanding of ITSM platforms like ServiceNow. Responsibilities include analyzing license usage and tool capabilities, as well as documenting business and technical requirements for tool consolidation. Proficiency in data analysis and Excel is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current license usage, tool capabilities, and user requirements across initiatives.
- Support the identification of underutilized tools and overlapping functionalities.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for tool consolidation and SAM improvements.
Key Skills:
- Several years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in IT transformation or SAM environments.
- Strong understanding of ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) and SaaS licensing.
- Experience in gathering functional requirements across multiple business units.
- Data analysis and reconciliation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
