Summary: The Business Analyst role involves working within a Multi-Functional Team to translate business needs into IT requirements and identify opportunities for technological business transformation. The position requires a deep understanding of the customer's business processes and aims to support the deployment of a Unified ERP system. The contract is set to last until March 2026, with a significant on-site presence required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to understand and capture complex business requirements and operational objectives.
• Define and develop specification documents and conduct reviews with stakeholders and Product team members.
• Liaise with Product Management teams and technical resources during product development.
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed customer requirements.
• Provide support as a subject matter expert, including interface monitoring, demand analysis, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Support the deployment of the Unified ERP in the UK plant.
