Key Responsibilities:
- Support a major transformation programme in the insurance sector.
- Bridge business and IT to shape solutions for operational improvements.
- Work closely with tech teams on Claims, Reinsurance, Underwriting, Finance, and Actuarial functions.
- Facilitate stakeholder management and workshops.
- Gather requirements, conduct UAT, and develop business cases.
- Work across Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Engage in software development cycles, data analysis, and system integrations.
Key Skills:
- Deep knowledge of the insurance sector, particularly the London Market and Lloyd’s.
- Expertise in Claims, Outwards Reinsurance, and regulatory compliance (e.g., Solvency II, GDPR).
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience in requirements gathering, UAT, and business case development.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
