Summary: We are looking for two experienced Contract Business Analysts to support key initiatives in the commercial insurance sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Produce high-quality documentation (BRDs, user stories, process maps, gap analysis, etc.)
- Support solution design discussions and impact assessments
- Work collaboratively with project managers, SMEs, and technical teams
- Ensure traceability from requirements through to delivery
Key Skills:
- Proven experience operating as a Business Analyst in contract environments
- Experience working with commercial insurance products is essential
- Exposure to regulated insurance environments
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Experience working across business and technology teams

The role requires a highly capable, hands-on BA who can operate independently, manage stakeholders effectively, and deliver clear, structured analysis across multiple workstreams.
