Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews
  • Produce high-quality documentation (BRDs, user stories, process maps, gap analysis, etc.)
  • Support solution design discussions and impact assessments
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, SMEs, and technical teams
  • Ensure traceability from requirements through to delivery

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience operating as a Business Analyst in contract environments
  • Experience working with commercial insurance products is essential
  • Exposure to regulated insurance environments
  • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills

Business Analyst - Contract (Outside IR35)

Location: Manchester and able to work in the office up to two days per week
Duration: Initial 6 months
IR35 Status: Outside IR35

We are seeking two experienced Contract Business Analysts to support a portfolio of key initiatives with previous experience of commercial insurance products. You will work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to support the successful execution of divisional projects. The role requires a highly capable, hands-on BA who can operate independently, manage stakeholders effectively, and deliver clear, structured analysis across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
