The Role
As the Business Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and third-party suppliers to understand business needs, define requirements, and support the successful delivery of transformation projects.
You'll be instrumental in helping the business shape future-state processes, improve customer journeys, and deliver technology-enabled change across a number of high-profile programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery activities to understand business challenges and opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders to capture and document business requirements.
- Map and analyse current and future customer journeys.
- Support procurement and tender processes, including defining requirements and evaluating supplier responses.
- Assist with project mobilisation and ensure a smooth transition into delivery.
- Define project scope, identify benefits, and support business case development.
- Produce high-quality business analysis documentation, including process maps, user stories, and requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and third-party suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.

About You
We're looking for a proactive, commercially minded Business Analyst with experience delivering change within large-scale digital programmes.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex digital transformation projects.
- Strong discovery and requirements gathering skills.
- Experience with customer journey mapping and service design.
- Ability to shape and scope projects from inception.
- Experience defining business benefits and supporting business cases.
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation abilities.
- Comfortable working across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
- Exposure to procurement or tender evaluation processes.
- Experience implementing case management or customer platform solutions.
