Summary: As an ERP Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in aligning business needs with technology solutions, focusing on business process optimization and requirements gathering for ERP systems. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to implement and enhance ERP solutions, ensuring operational efficiency and data integrity. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse, design, and implement ERP systems to streamline business processes.
  • Gather requirements and document processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Evaluate existing ERP systems and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and end-users for successful ERP implementation.
  • Support user acceptance testing and provide training to users.
  • Develop documentation and ensure data integrity within the ERP environment.

Key Skills:

  • At least 5 years of business analysis experience in ERP programmes.
  • Experience with data migration.
  • Strong background in business analysis and process mapping.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Intacct IQ, Sage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in retail/distribution is desirable.
  • Experience with Intacct IQ is desirable.

As our ERP Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will be an expert in business process optimisation and requirements elicitation for major business transformation involving ERP solutions. If you are passionate about leveraging technology to drive business success and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, we encourage you to apply. This is a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months.

Your responsibilities

  • Analyse, design, and implement ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • In this role, you will evaluate existing ERP systems, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions that align with organisational goals.
  • You will collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and end-users to ensure successful ERP implementation, customisation, and integration with other business applications.
  • Support for user acceptance testing as required.
  • Additionally, you will provide training and support to users, develop documentation, and ensure data integrity and security within the ERP environment.

What you’ll bring
