Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse, design, and implement ERP systems to streamline business processes.
- Gather requirements and document processes in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and end-users for successful ERP implementation.
- Support user acceptance testing and provide training to users.
- Develop documentation and ensure data integrity within the ERP environment.
Key Skills:
- At least 5 years of business analysis experience in ERP programmes.
- Experience with data migration.
- Strong background in business analysis and process mapping.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Intacct IQ, Sage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in retail/distribution is desirable.
- Experience with Intacct IQ is desirable.

- In this role, you will evaluate existing ERP systems, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions that align with organisational goals.
- You will collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and end-users to ensure successful ERP implementation, customisation, and integration with other business applications.
- Support for user acceptance testing as required.
- Additionally, you will provide training and support to users, develop documentation, and ensure data integrity and security within the ERP environment.

What you’ll bring
