Summary: The Business Analyst role involves partnering with stakeholders to analyze and document workflows and integration needs between customer-facing systems and SAP. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document current workflows and integration needs between customer-facing systems and SAP.
- Facilitate collaborative workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs to elicit and refine business and technical requirements.
- Translate complex business requirements into structured epics and user stories for Agile delivery teams.
- Develop comprehensive end-to-end process maps, highlighting integration points and data flows across systems.
- Ensure full traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with architects and developers to validate API specifications and confirm alignment with business goals.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and helping to coordinate execution.
- Serve as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, driving alignment and efficient delivery.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex, enterprise-level environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, and business process modeling tools.
- Solid Agile (preferably SAFe) experience, with a track record of delivering high-quality user stories and epics.
- Hands-on experience with customer-facing SaaS platforms integrated via APIs with systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, DocuSign, Azure Entra, or similar.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration landscapes and digital transformation initiatives.
