Our Backstage support teams are crucial to the delivery across all five of our venues - The NEC, bp pulse LIVE, Utilita Arena Birmingham, the ICC, and Vox - and include IT, Finance, Marketing, People, Legal, Safety and Procurement. Collaborating seamlessly with our frontline operational teams to create unforgettable moments for the millions of people that visit us each year.
About The Role
This role involves identifying, challenging, and capturing requirements, supporting business cases, and conducting feasibility studies. It focuses on documenting and improving efficiency and effectiveness in working practices throughout project delivery.
